Getting Pre-Qualified
This is by far the most important step in the process. You need to be very sure that you are looking at homes that are affordable to you and then not looking at inferior homes when you could afford more. Too many Buyers venture out not knowing their comfort zone. By sitting down with one of our professionals they can determine through a series of questions and gathering needed data you will soon know your Zone.
Once you have been Pre-Qualified you are now ready for the next step.
Finding Out what is Important to you
Just as important as being pre-qualified is being listened to by your agent. We are experts at listening to what is important to you and this is known as your wants and needs. After carefully listening to your wants and needs we will have a better feel for what is important to you. This will also give us an opportunity to educate you on what is realistic or not for your given price range.

Paperwork
In real estate you may have heard there are mounds and mounds of paper work and it's true. However our seasoned professionals will guide you through all of the important documents and go through them carefully so that you understand what you are signing. Our Agents ensure you know the process inside and out and that you are aware of all inspections, disclosures and contracts that are available to you.
We also have "Transaction Point" —a state of the art cutting edge Software that allows you, the Buyer to access your transaction online at any time day or night. You will be issued a user name and password and be able to download documents, review your file and the transactions progress. When the deal is closed we will give you a disc that has every document downloaded to it for your convenience. This is our way of
